Orders & Processing
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@littlecharmings.com, and we will do our best to assist.
Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, depending on your location and shipping conditions. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Availability and shipping rates will be shown at checkout.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.
Q: Are customs duties or taxes included?
A: No. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Q: What items are eligible for return?
A: Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Please contact us at contact@littlecharmings.com to request a return. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Q: Are sale items or gift cards refundable?
A: No. Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Q: What if my refund hasn’t appeared yet?
A: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Issues & Support
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assist.
Q: What if my package shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?
A: Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
